The Oyster Club

April 2019 saw the opening of a new seafood focussed restaurant by Adam and Natasha Stokes, in the heart of Birmingham just a few hundred metres from Adam’s.

A casual and relaxed approach to dining. With an Oyster Bar, a menu focussing on Seafood and a stunning Wine List, pop in for a few Oysters after work, or celebrate a special occasion in the restaurant.

The Oyster Club is open Tuesday – Sunday from 12 noon for lunch, pre-theatre and dinner with some bookable tables.

The décor is smart, the service was exceptional and the cooking was more two-star level than one as far as I am concerned, with some genuinely exciting dishes. I highly recommend it.

The Good Food Guide to eating out in Birmingham article

“With a population of over one million, Birmingham is regarded as Britain’s second city and is one of the most ethnically rich in the world. But its traditionally less-than-glamorous image (think Rotunda and Spaghetti Junction) is fast disappearing thanks to a massive regeneration programme that has transformed the centre, including the return of trams and multi-million pound refits of the landmark Selfridges store and The Mailbox, the slick base for BBC Birmingham and Harvey Nichols. There are plenty of reasons to love life in the city right now.”
