Chef’s Table Bespoke lunches
We have launched a series of one off lunches on our chef’s table celebrating ingredients that are peak in season or showcasing one off main courses. Our final lunch for 2023 will be:
Friday 8th December – Venison Lunch £95
The format will be a shared experience on our chef’s table with a 5 course menu. All other drinks / extras will be charged as taken. Start time is 1pm and our bar is available from 12 noon for pre-lunch drinks.
To book, simply select your area as ‘Chef’s Table’ when making your booking.

Due to numerous requests, we have created a festive themed menu to be experienced on our chef’s table on the lead up to Christmas. The menu will be available exclusively between 19th December – 23rd December and will include a festive sparkling cocktail on arrival. The menu available is noted below and we will release the finalised menu soon:
Tuesday – Friday, Lunch – 5 courses £105pp
Tuesday – Wednesday, Dinner – 7 courses £130pp
Thursday – Saturday, Dinner and Saturday, Lunch – 8 courses £150pp
We are currently taking bookings up to and including February 2024. The reservations office is open from 10.30am until 8pm Tuesday – Saturday. Bookings can also be made through the website.
We are able to seat tables of up to 8 guests in our main restaurant. We have various menu options available. Lunchtime Tuesday – Friday, we offer a 3 or 5 course lunch menu and a 7 course Tasting Menu. For Dinner Tuesday – Friday, we offer our A La Carte Menu and a 5 or 7 course Tasting Menu. Saturday lunch, we also offer our A La Carte Menu and 5 or 7 course Tasting Menu. On a Saturday evening, the 7 course Tasting Menu will be the only option.
Parties of up to 6 guests can be booked online. Parties of 7 or more need to be booked directly with us so please call us on 0121 643 3745.
Booking times relate to being seated in the restaurant. If you would like to enjoy a drink in the bar before your experience, we politely ask that you arrive before your booking time.
The Chef’s Table is situated downstairs in the kitchen. You’ll be seated on our raised marble topped tables, where you’ll be able to enjoy the spectacle of a whole service in the comfort of a self contained area in front of the main pass.
Maximum group size for the chef’s table is 5 guests. We can accommodate more on an exclusive use basis.
To book at the Chef’s Table, simply select your area as ‘Chef’s Table’ when making your booking.
Chef’s Table Bookings
On Saturday lunchtimes and Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, guests will be seated together on the Chef’s Table to partake in the Chef’s Table Tasting Menu. This is a slightly longer menu than our Tasting Menu with additional courses included. The Chef’s Table Tasting Menu is priced at £150 per person.
Our Chef’s Table is also available for lunch on Fridays. As above, guests will be seated together but you will have the choice between our lunch 3, lunch 5 or tasting 7 menu.
Chef’s Table reservations are only available at 12pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner, except on Friday lunchtime where you can dine between 12noon and 1pm. As this is a shared experience, we invite you to start with a drink in the bar 15 minutes before your booking time, you will be seated at the time you have booked.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation charge in the event that we are not given more than 48 hours notice for any amendments or cancellations. Lunch reservations will have a £55 cancellation charge. Dinner reservations will vary, £80 Tuesday – Friday and the full menu price on Saturday. All Chef’s Table reservations will have a cancellation charge of the full menu price.
Everyone is welcome to dine with us, regardless of sartorial choices.
We are now happy to offer a children’s menu. Children are also welcome to dine from the regular menus at full price. Please note there is a maximum age of 12 years old to dine from the children’s menu.
Exclusive Group Information
We also have a Private Dining Room and a Chef’s Table available for exclusive use.
For private dining we can seat up to 18 guests in our Private Dining Room and 12 guests within the kitchen at the Chef’s Table.
The whole restaurant can be hired on an exclusive use basis for a maximum of 52 guests seated. Or up to 75 guests for a stand-up canapé and drinks reception.

The Oyster Club
If your desired date or time is not available then we would be delighted to welcome you at our sister restaurant ‘The Oyster Club’ located a few hundred metres from Adam’s. The Oyster Club is open all day Wednesday – Sunday from 12 noon for lunch, pre-theatre and dinner. Please click here for availability.
We are currently taking reservations up to and including February 2024.
We will be closed 24th – 27th December and 1st January – 10th January, returning for dinner service on 11th January 2024.
The Lunch Menu will NOT be available between 28th – 31st December.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday and is CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays.
Bookings for parties of 6 or less guests can be made online using the calendar above. Tables of 7 and 8 can be accommodated in the restaurant but need to be booked with us directly on 0121 643 3745.
