For restaurant reservations please note our limited choice Lunch Menu at £39.50 pp is available Tuesday to Friday for parties of 7 or less guests (excluding the week prior to Christmas and selected Friday’s prior to a bank holiday). Our 3 Course Menu at £65 pp is available for lunch and dinner throughout the week with the exception of Saturday evening (and any evening during the week prior to Christmas) were the Tasting Menu at £90 pp will be the only dining option.
For large parties of 8 to 10 guests we offer the choice to dine from our 3 Course Menu at £65 pp or on our Tasting Menu at £90 pp (bespoke tasting menus can be discussed on request at the time of booking). Your choice of menu along with any dietary requirements for your party must be made known to us at least 1 week prior to arrival.

- 1 to 7 guests: we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to amend or cancel a reservation. A partially or completely unfulfilled reservation will incur a £50 per person cancellation charge (£90.00 pp on a Saturday night).
- 8 to 10 guests: we require a minimum of two weeks notice to amend or cancel a reservation. Final numbers are required two weeks prior to your reservation. Any cancellations or reductions made after this point will result in the full menu price being charged for each cancelled guest.
For reservations of 5 or less, guests will be seated together on the Chef’s Table at a specified time to partake in a tasting menu within the kitchen environment.
On Friday and Saturday evenings we will be serving the Chef’s Table Tasting Menu priced at £120 pp whilst on Saturday lunchtimes we will be serving our 8 course Tasting Menu at £90 pp.
On the evening of the 14th of February 2018 guests will be sat together at our Chef’s Table dining on our 6 course Tasting Menu at £150 per person.
Drinks will be charged as taken and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% added to the final bill.

An unfulfilled reservation will incur a cancellation fee of the full menu price per person of £120 for an evening reservation and £90 for a Saturday lunch. The cancellation fee on Valentine’s evening will be the full menu price of £150 per person.
There is a minimum spend requirement for all the following private party dining options and is dependent on the day and time of year. This is a required minimum spend for food, beverages and service. Decorations & specialist equipment such as projectors will be invoiced separately from this minimum spend requirement. There is no room hire fee. Please contact the restaurant for more information.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
We can cater for up to 18 guests within a private room adjacent to the main dining area. Our menus start from £65 for our 3 course A La Carte menu, we also have an 8 course Tasting Menu priced at £90 per person (please note that the Tasting Menu will be the only option for all guests dining on a Saturday evening). Pre orders are required if you choose to dine from our 3 course A La Carte menu. Our current menus can be found online, these are subject to change. We can also create a bespoke set menu and we are very flexible offering a variety of menu lengths as well as catering for any special requests.
The Chef’s Table is available exclusively for 6 to 12 guests. This gives you private use of the raised U-shape marble dining table located in the kitchen. The party will be seated together for a very special and unique evening of banter with the team whilst being served a set tasting menu.
EXCLUSIVE USE OF ADAM’S
The whole restaurant can be hired on an exclusive use basis for up to 52 seated guests. Alternatively we can accommodate up to 75 guests for a canapé and drinks reception. We are very flexible regarding food options and can create bespoke canapés and menus to suit your requirements.
We are able to cater for all special dietary requirements (including Halal for the entire party) if made known to us in plenty of time.

Private Dining, Chef’s Table and Exclusive Hire reservations are subject to a minimum spend, this is dependent on the date and time required. The minimum spend is to be settled in full prior to arrival. 50% as a non-refundable deposit payment upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% non-refundable balance is due at least 2 weeks prior. Final numbers are required 2 weeks prior to your reservation. Any cancellations or reductions made after this point will result in the full menu price being charged for each cancelled guest
