We are currently taking bookings up to and including December 2025. The reservations office is open from 10.00am until 5pm Tuesday – Saturday. Bookings can also be made through the website.

Parties of up to 6 guests can be booked online. Parties of 7 or more need to be booked directly with us so please call us on 0121 643 3745.

Chef’s Table Experience

Step into the heart of the kitchen with our exclusive Chef’s Table, located downstairs in a private area overlooking the main pass. Seated at our elegant, raised marble counter, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to the energy and precision of our team in full service.

Join us for the 9-Course Chef’s Table Tasting Menu:
Available Friday and Saturday evenings (7pm) and Saturday lunch (12pm)
Weekday lunch menus are available on Friday lunchtime.

Maximum group size for the Chef’s Table is 6 guests. We can accommodate more on an exclusive use basis.

Simply select your area as ‘Chef’s Table’ when making your booking.

Dress Code

Everyone is welcome to dine with us, regardless of sartorial choices.

Children

We are delighted to offer a children’s menu. Children are also welcome to dine from the regular menus at full price. Please note there is a maximum age of 12 years old to dine from the children’s menu.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation charge in the event that we are not given more than 48 hours notice for any amendments or cancellations. Lunch reservations will have a £60 cancellation charge. Dinner reservations will vary, £89 Tuesday – Friday and the full menu price on Saturday. All Chef’s Table reservations will have a cancellation charge of the full menu price.

Private Dining & Exclusive Events

We offer a selection of special private dining experiences within the restaurant, tailored for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

Our private dining options include our Private Dining Room for up to 18 guests, the immersive Chef’s Table seating up to 12 guests within the kitchen, and exclusive hire of the entire restaurant for up to 54 seated or 75 standing guests.

The Oyster Club

If your desired date or time is not available then we would be delighted to welcome you at our sister restaurant ‘The Oyster Club’ located a few hundred metres from Adam’s. The Oyster Club is open all day Wednesday – Sunday from 12 noon for lunch, pre-theatre and dinner. Please click here for availability.
