{"id":892,"date":"2015-11-10T21:35:34","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T21:35:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/176.32.230.22\/adamsrestaurant.co.uk\/www\/?page_id=892"},"modified":"2025-12-05T12:44:48","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T12:44:48","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.adamsrestaurant.co.uk\/gifts\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restaurant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For restaurant reservations for parties of 10 or less guests you can use our website to book. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A partially or completely unfulfilled reservation will incur a cancellation charge (of the full minimum menu cost per person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 to 6 guests:<\/strong>&nbsp;we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to amend or cancel a reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7 to 10 guests:<\/strong>\u00a0we require a minimum of one weeks notice to amend or cancel a reservation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chef\u2019s Table<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For reservations of 5 or less, guests will be seated together on the Chef\u2019s Table at a specified time to partake in a tasting menu within the kitchen environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Friday and Saturday evenings we will be serving the Chef\u2019s Table Tasting Menu whilst on a lunchtime we will be serving the same menus that are available in the main restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drinks will be charged as taken and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% added to the final bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to amend or cancel a reservation. An unfulfilled reservation will incur a cancellation fee of the full menu price per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Private Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a minimum spend requirement for all the following private party dining options and is dependent on the day and time of year.&nbsp;This is a required minimum spend for food, beverages and service. Decorations &amp; specialist equipment such as projectors will be invoiced separately from this minimum spend requirement. There is no room hire fee. Please contact the restaurant for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Private Dining Room<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can cater for up to\u00a0<strong>18 guests<\/strong> within a private room adjacent to the main dining area and whilst not soundproof it is perfect for speeches and ideal for large family gatherings or corporate events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chef&#8217;s Table<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chef\u2019s Table is available exclusively for\u00a0<strong>6 to 12 guests<\/strong>. This gives you private use of the raised U-shape marble dining table located in the kitchen. The party\u00a0will be seated together for a very special and unique evening of banter with the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclusive use of Adam&#8217;s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The whole restaurant can be hired on an exclusive use basis for<strong> 28 t<\/strong>o\u00a0<strong>54 <\/strong>seated guests. Alternatively we can accommodate up to <strong>75 <\/strong>guests for a canap\u00e9 and drinks reception. We are very flexible regarding food options and can create bespoke canap\u00e9s and menus to suit your requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are able to cater for all special dietary requirements (including Halal for the entire party) if made known to us in plenty of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(PRIVATE DINING ROOM, CHEF\u2019S TABLE &amp; EXCLUSIVE-USE RESERVATIONS)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Private Dining,\u00a0 Chef\u2019s Table and Exclusive Hire reservations are subject to a minimum spend, this is dependent on the date and time required.
